A genuine free house offering traditional ales together with real home cooking, this ‘local pub’ with wooden floors, large windows, leather sofas and panelled dining room manages to be both light and airy as well as cosy and comforting. The bar is well stocked with 6 traditional ales and beers together with a superior range of spirits including some great whiskies and brandies. Families are made very welcome and group bookings can easily be accommodated.
